County and state portals, archives, libraries, and outside search services apply their own privacy terms. Information submitted after following a link is governed by that destination. The same is true for sponsored results supplied by a third party.

Hosting and support providers process server logs to operate the service. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection protects data in transit, and logs are retained only as long as operational purposes require. Because visitors create no accounts, this site keeps no user password or account profile.

This adult-oriented reference is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights to access, correct, or delete site-held personal data depend on where a visitor lives. Arkansas does not provide a broad deletion right that removes lawful courthouse records merely because another service copied them. Because we retain little, a request generally involves checking our message records and logs. Use the Contact page. Public records held by Arkansas, Greene County, or Paragould remain under the custodian's law, including the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Ark. Code Ann. ยงยง 25-19-101 et seq.
